Hesap

Misafir olarak, e-postayla veya Google ile oynayabilirsin. Misafir hesap yalnızca o cihazda durur; hesabını bağlamazsan cihazı değiştirince ilerlemen kaybolabilir.
Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını başkasına satamaz veya devredemezsin.
Takma adın hakaret, nefret söylemi, başkasını taklit etme veya reklam içeremez; uygunsuz adları değiştirebiliriz.

Satın almalar

Oyun ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı satın almalar (Elmas paketleri, teklifler, sezon kartı, VIP aboneliği) Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve Google Play'in şartlarına tabidir.
Satın aldığın sanal öğeler, oyunda kullanman için sana verilen kişisel, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkıdır; mülkiyet değildir.
VIP aboneliği sen iptal edene kadar her dönem yenilenir. Google Play → Abonelikler bölümünden istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
İadeler Google Play'in iade politikasına ve yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatına göre yapılır. İade edilen bir satın almanın öğeleri hesabından geri alınabilir.

Adil oyun

Sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, yasaların sana tanıdığı vazgeçilemez tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.

Hesabı silme

Hesabını istediğin zaman oyundan veya hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsin.

Gizlilik

Verilerini nasıl işlediğimizi Gizlilik Politikası anlatır.

Şartlarda değişiklik

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri oyunda duyururuz. Güncellemeden sonra oynamaya devam etmen yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Geçerli hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

In short

Crypto Mine Leader is a mining simulation game. By playing on the web (play.cryptomineleader.com) or in the Android app you accept these terms.

This is a simulation

No real cryptocurrency is mined on your device, and the game uses no battery or processor in the background.
Coins (e.g. BTC-SIM), Credits and Gems are virtual units. They have no real-money or crypto value and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money. The USD values shown next to them are a fixed display value only.
The game gives no investment advice and is not connected to real markets.

Your account

You can play as a guest, with e-mail or with Google. A guest account lives on one device; if you do not link it, your progress may be lost when you change devices.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not sell or transfer your account.
Nicknames must not contain insults, hate speech, impersonation or advertising; we may change unsuitable names.

Purchases

The game is free to play. Optional purchases (Gem packs, offers, season pass, VIP subscription) are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.
Virtual items you buy are a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
The VIP subscription renews every period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law. Items from a refunded purchase may be removed from your account.

Fair play

Cheating, bots, automation, exploiting bugs, farming rewards with several accounts or harming the servers is not allowed. In that case we may correct balances, suspend or close the account.

Changes to the game

We may change content, balance and features to improve the game. The game may be briefly unavailable during maintenance. If we decide to shut the game down, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it runs without interruptions or errors and we are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit the consumer rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the game or on the account deletion page.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the game. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
